ExtraVM will accept requests for price matching for VPS hosting services. To request a price match please do the following.
- Contact us via https://extravm.com/billing/submitticket.php
- Provide the URL of the plan you want us to price match. We may require a copy of your latest invoice from the company depending on circumstances.
We will only consider a price match under the following circumstances.
- The service is hosted in the same region.
- The service must be public and available to order. We do not price match companies that have perpetually "out of stock" deals.
- The service uses comparable hardware, meaning we will not consider a price match if our hardware is extensively more expensive, for example we will not price match a service hosted on an E5-2620 CPU when our hardware runs Ryzen 7900 CPU.
