Here at ExtraVM we use various network and DDoS protection providers across our locations. Generally, DDoS mitigation capabilities are provided by our upstream network providers.
Dallas, Texas
Dallas includes local mitigation via Corero up to 10Gbps or 30,000,000PPS. Larger attacks may be mitigation on a best effort basis by the primary upstream in this location, GlobalSecureLayer, who also mitigates attacks.
Miami, Florida
Miami includes local mitigation via in-house devices by our network provider. Attacks up to 100Gbps are mitigated on a best effort basis. Larger attacks may be mitigated on a best effort basis by high capacity mitigation via a backup upstream provider.
Los Angeles, California
Los Angeles includes local mitigation via in-house devices by our network provider. Attacks up to 100Gbps are mitigated on a best effort basis. Larger attacks may be mitigated on a best effort basis by high capacity mitigation via a backup upstream provider.
Piscataway, New Jersey (NYC Metro)
Piscataway (NYC Metro) includes local mitigation via in-house devices by our network provider. Attacks up to 100Gbps are mitigated on a best effort basis. Larger attacks may be mitigated on a best effort basis by high capacity mitigation via a backup upstream provider.
Tokyo, Japan
Tokyo includes best effort mitigation by our upstream, who blocks volumetric attacks before it hits our servers, there is no specific limit or guarantees.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Montreal includes unmetered mitigation capability via the OVH network, who we use in this location.
London, United Kingdom
London includes unmetered mitigation capability via the OVH network, who we use in this location.
Gravelines, France
Gravelines includes unmetered mitigation capability via the OVH network, who we use in this location.
Singapore
Singapore includes unmetered mitigation capability via the OVH network, who we use in this location.
