Customers have access to our service IP monitor page. This will let you enable IP status monitoring for IP addresses associated with active services on your ExtraVM account, primarily for VPS. You can use ICMP or TCP port monitoring and the status is checked every few minutes. If the online status of the IP changes you'll receive an email notifying you. You can check the IP Monitor page to enable or disable services, see the online status, and check other data.
You can also go to the page by logging into your ExtraVM account, clicking the Services navigation tab, then clicking IP Monitor.
