ExtraVM does not require KYC or "know your customer". We do not ask for identification to purchase services with our company. The only time we may potentially ask for some identifying information is in the event of things such as account recovery due to things like forgotten security question answers or lost 2FA, or in the event of recurring service abuse where we need to protect our network and stability for our other customers.
