How to change your Minecraft servers world seed and generate a new world with it.

  1. Stop your server
  2. Go to the Files -> Config Files page in the control panel
  3. Click on "Server Properties" then scroll down and find the "Level Seed" field, enter your new seed there, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save
  4. Go back then go to Files -> FTP File Access, then login to the file manager (web FTP)
  5. Once logged in, tick the boxes besides the existing world folders, then delete them
  6. Once the existing world is deleted start your server and it will use the new seed and generate a new world
