We highly recommend enabling the whitelist on your Minecraft server if you run a private server. If it is not enabled, anyone can connect to your servers IP/port which is public. Enabling the whitelist can prevent random people from joining and griefing your server.

Login to the Multicraft control panel and navigate to your server...

  1. Go to the Console in the left sidebar on your server page.
  2. Enter the console command "whitelist on" and press enter. Remember, commands entered into the web console do not need a / in front of them as it's automatically added.
  3. Now run "whitelist add PLAYER_NAME", replacing PLAYER_NAME with your Minecraft in-game name. Do this for every person you want added.
  4. You can run "whitelist list" to list all players currently on your whitelist.
