- If you're in the United States and will pay with USD, you can mail in payment. You may send cash or a "cashier's check", which is a check provided by your bank directly. Alternatively the US Postal Service offers USPS Money Orders at any post office. Mail in payments must be in a secure envelope, it is better to have certified mail or tracked.
