How do I get a domain to use here?

We do not sell domain names, so you can use your own domain name that you've already purchased with a domain registrar company.

What hardware is used for web hosting?

For USA we use Ryzen 5800X and NVMe, Europe uses E-2176G and NVMe. All have ECC RAM and mirrored NVMe RAID.

Where is the web hosting located?

Web Hosting plans are currently offered in two location - Dallas, TX, USA and Falkenstein, Germany.

What are the LVE/resource limits?

We do not impose any resource limits by default. We may limit resource usage from accounts that might harm system reliability.

Can I use NodeJS, Python, etc on a Web Hosting account?

Absolutely, you can choose the NodeJS version (and other software) and add your app through our control panel.

Is my data safe from hardware failures?

Yes, but we always recommend taking your own backups, no matter what! We use NVMe SSDs in RAID for as well as taking weekly remote account backups.

Is my site safe from DDoS attacks?

We provide DDoS protection against network level attacks, such as UDP/TCP network floods. LiteSpeed provides basic web server protection against website attacks, but we suggest using CloudFlare for HTTPS protection.

I want to move to ExtraVM, what do I do?

If you want to migrate over to us from another web hosting provider, we can migrate your websites over for you, just ask us by opening a support ticket.
