How long does it take?

You will receive a setup email with control panel login information within minutes after paying.

What locations are available?

We have service available in the United States, Europe, and APAC, varying based on the game.

Can I get a refund?

We have a 3 day refund period, but as long as you ask within the first week we will gladly offer a refund.

Can I switch games?

At the moment we don't support switching games, you will need to order a separate server for multiple games.

Do you have test IPs?

If you'd like to test your latency, please send us an email or open a ticket for a test IP.

Is my data safe from hardware failures?

All of our servers run server grade hardware, such as server motherboards, enterprise NVMe and SSD drives, and mirrored drives, however if your data is important you should always keep your own backups.

Is my server safe from DDoS attacks?

We provide DDoS protection for essentially all of our services, which will protect you from things such as large L4 DDoS attacks. Some of our services provide custom DDoS protection filters for game servers.

I want to move to ExtraVM, what do I do?

If you are switching hosts, open a ticket and we can help move your data from somewhere else.
