We offer a wide range of instant install operating systems like Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, Windows Server, and more. You can also attach your own custom ISO using HTTPS direct link to the ISO. A full list of our options are found here.
How quickly is my VPS deployed?
VPS servers are typically deployed instantly after payment confirmation. If we are low on stock, deployment may be delayed. Some payment methods like bank transfers and cryptocurrency may take time to process.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on all VPS plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact support within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. We can only provide refunds processed via fiat payment methods, not cryptocurrency.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I upgrade my VPS later?
Yes, you can upgrade your VPS plan at any time by contacting support. Upgrades are processed with prorated billing for the remainder of your billing cycle. Due to technical limitations, we cannot downgrade your VPS plan.
Do you provide managed support?
Our VPS plans are unmanaged, meaning you have full root access and control. However, our support team is available to help with and basic server questions. Full management may be offered to businesses at request, please contact us.
What is your uptime guarantee?
We don't have a legal uptime guarantee, we as believe many provider SLAs are deceiving and for marketing. In the event of excessive downtime due to hardware or network issues, we always credit customers affected. We use premium networks and facilities, with most offering 99.99% uptime guarantees.
