How do I reset my password?

You can reset your client area password using the password reset page. For VPS root passwords, use the reset option in your service management panel.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on VPS plans. Contact support within 5 days of purchase for a full refund (fiat payments only).

How do I report abuse or legal requests?

To report abuse originating from our network, or to make legal requests, please send an email to abuse@extravm.com from your organization email address. We may not respond to all abuse reports, but we review all abuse reports the same day.
