Are there any contracts?

No, we bill on monthly terms. You can cancel your serivce with us anytime from our client area control panel.

What operating systems can I use?

Any operating system can be installed on server, you can automatically install any Linux distribution and newer Windows Server OS, or install an OS manually from an ISO image.

How long does setup take?

VPS are setup instantly upon us receiving your payment. Rarely setup may take up to 24 hours if we are low on stock stock.

Can I get more IP addresses?

Additional IPv4 can be added upon request for $1.50 per month per IPv4, max 4 per server. We include a /64 IPv6 subnet which has essentially infinite IPv6 addresses.

What if I need more resources?

You can upgrade your VPS anytime by contacting support. Our plans are pre-configured, meaning it's not possible to add ONLY a single resource like CPU cores.

Do servers come with any control panel?

As servers are self-managed, we only provide root access via SSH for Linux distributions. You can install any control panel you want onto the operating system however.
