Abuse & Legal Requests

Reporting Abuse

If you need to report abuse originating from our network or services, please send your report via email directly to abuse@extravm.com. Abuse reports must be sent from an email address associated with the reporting party's organization.

To ensure your abuse report can be processed efficiently, please include the following information:

• The IP address involved in the abuse
• The type of abuse being reported
• The organization you represent
• Detailed information about the abuse incident
• For copyright or trademark infringement cases, proof that the reporter has legitimate claim over the reported work
• For malicious network abuse, please provide network packet logs or service logs of the activity being reported — This could be tcpdump/pcap traffic logs or web server/application logs
• A statement that the report is made in good faith and under penalty of perjury

Legal Requests

Legal requests can be submitted via email to mike@extravm.com or abuse@extravm.com. All legal requests must be sent from an email address associated with the requesting party's legal entity or law enforcement organization. Please consider when submitting legal requests that ExtraVM LLC is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA and is only bound to United States law.

Written requests and legal documents can also be sent to our physical company address, however we highly recommend sending them via email for a more timely response.
