Are your servers overclocked?

As we use server and workstation parts, we do not overclock our servers as in most cases it's technically not possible. Some servers also don't have the adequate cooling for 8-16 core overclocked processors.

What if I need a different CPU or drive config?

We offer custom hardware configurations such as processors, drive configurations, and memory, and can provide a quote upon request. Just open a ticket or email our sales.

Are there any contracts?

Dedicated servers have no contract or minimum commitment unless stated otherwise, such as for some custom hardware configurations.

What operating systems can I use?

Any operating system can be installed on dedicated servers, this includes any Linux distribution, Windows Server, or BSD operating systems. You must ensure that any Windows operating systems are properly licensed.

Can I get more IP addresses?

Additional IP blocks can be requested with proper justification, however we generally do not provide additional IPs past a /29 block.

What if I need more bandwidth?

Bandwidth pricing can be requested via a sales email or support ticket. Bandwidth pricing varies and is dependent upon a few factors.

How long does setup take?

Most of our servers are built to order, therefore we do not offer instant setup. Most servers are setup within 24 hours.

Do servers come with any control panel?

As servers are self-managed, we only provide root access via SSH for Linux distributions. You can install any control panel you want onto the operating system however, or contact us for managed support.
