ExtraVM LLC was founded in Fort Worth, Texas with a simple mission: to provide reliable and trusted DDoS protected infrastructure services that are accessible by everyone. We believe that everyone deserves access to fast, reliable, and affordable hosting services.
Today, we operate a global network spanning 8 locations across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Our infrastructure is built on premium hardware and connected to some of the highest regarded and well connected networks in the world, ensuring the best possible performance for our customers.
From individual developers and small businesses to large enterprises, we serve a diverse range of customers who trust us to keep their applications running 24/7. Michael (Mike) A.
Founder
I founded ExtraVM with prior experience in the hosting industry going back to 2011. Seeing the mistakes that many companies were making at the time, ExtraVM was started to be a real solution for people looking for a long term partner to work with. ExtraVM operates at the highest ethical standards, actively avoiding working with companies, networks, and vendors that take part in questionable behavior in many forms. ExtraVM does not outsource support to a third party, when you need help, you get real, direct help from us.
ExtraVM is privately owned and does not take outside investment or funding. We have no debt, are not beholden to outside influence, and we operate with a focus on sustainability and long-term growth. Dedicated.com is a US-based infrastructure provider with various service locations in the states. We use them in Dallas, Texas and Los Angeles, California. Upstream connectivity and DDoS mitigation is provided by Global Secure Layer.

Royale Hosting is our European infrastructure partner providing reliable connectivity and DDoS-protected services, which we use in our Amsterdam, Netherlands and Secaucus, New Jersey locations.
HostUniversal
HostUniversal is our Australian infrastructure partner who offers various colocation and connectivity options in the Asia-Pacific and Oceania regions. We use their services in Sydney, Australia.

An open-source game server management panel. Pterodactyl allows us to offer a wide variety of game servers with a user-friendly interface for server management, file access, console commands, and scheduling. Security and isolation are built-in through Docker containers.
SPanel
Web Hosting Control Panel
A modern, all-in-one web hosting control panel that powers our shared hosting platform. SPanel provides an intuitive interface for managing websites, domains, email accounts, databases, and more.
